Ⅰ . Summarization
RFMS hot air curtain is the new save-energy product designed and manufactured by our company. This product adopts hot water as hot medium; its heat exchanger adopts the advanced technique of twice flanging and machinery rise-tube. The heat exchanger adopts multi-flow, tube spacing, and reasonable design of segment pitch with tight configuration. The product examination is 1.8-2.0MPa.
The configuration and use of PFMS series hot air curtains can be divided into: cross-flow hot air curtain; the way of feeding wind is up feeding; after scroll letting in hot medium, the outtake of air curtain ejects average curtain hot air stream with some thickness, which can prevent the invasion of outside cold air and reduce the loss of inside hot energy to get the aim of keep inside temperature stable. At the same time, for the effect of hot air current, it can prevent the dust and peculiar smell coming into inside and keep inside clean. It is better suit the place that the gate is often open and closes; people flow frequently, which is the excellent hall heating equipment. In summer or air-condition transition season, it can play the role of isothermal air curtain. The cross-flow hot air curtain exerts its obvious function depending on different occasions.

Ⅱ Architectural Feature
RFMS series hot air curtain is mainly made by heat exchanger, blower fan and shell; the heat exchanger mainly adopts STTL type energy-save high efficiency heat exchanger produced by our company with high heat transfer efficiency and little air resistance. The cross-flow blower fan is designed and manufactured by our company with stable capability and small librations; the cross-flow hot air curtain is integrative type and the shell is cold plate processed by surface spewing plastic with novel sculpt, beautiful appearance and having a unique type. RM series hot air curtain product manufactured by our company has many good characteristics such as tight construction, small bulk, light weight, high thermal efficiency, save electric, low noise, high wind speed, simple installation and convenient maintenance etc.

Ⅴ . Installation, Use and Maintenance
( Ⅰ ) Installation method of cross-flow hot air curtain
1. According to picture 1 and external dimensions (see picture 1), pre-bury bolt (or expansion bolt) in the installation position and hoisting bracket.
2. Offload soleplate from the bottom of complete machine and install soleplate on the top of doorframe.
3. Hang complete machine on the fixed soleplate and connect it with hosting bracket with fixing installation.
4. Make ground wire of completer power supply outgoing line grounding.

( Ⅱ ) Use and Maintenance
1. The product should be installed in the inside of door and window avoiding the scroll of heater seeper and frost crack.
2. According to different hot medium, it should match the correspond pipeline of feedwater and drainage and make hot process for pipeline; when it used hot water as medium, it will feed water from the bottom and backwater from top; it should install automatic vent valve on the outlet of backwater or the tiptop of trunk.
3. When used hot water as medium, it should use permute.
4. Before hot air curtain works, it should eject the condensation water or mixed gas in heat exchanger with 10 minutes warm-up and then open hot air curtain; when stop using hot air, it must eject water in scroll completely.
5. When the product works in winter, it needs the hot resource supply heat constantly or time heating to ensure hot air curtain work condition.
6. In order to prolong the useful life of engine, it does not permit only heating without opening blower fan.
7. If there is any abnormity when operates, it should stop at once and check the machine.
8. Keep the hot air curtain clean and time clearing the dust on heat exchange and other parts.
