¢ó . The choice of type and operational requirement
Choosing type is mainly determined by the wide and height of the door, the body length and diameter of the wind curtain machine; it is better that the width of door is tiny shorter than the body length; it can also use two or more than two sets with parallel connection. If the door is very high, it can choose the larger diameter type; contrarily, it can choose the smaller diameter type. If you want to be quiet, you can choose the smaller wheel diameter type; contrarily, you can choose the larger wheel diameter type.
This machine sets fast and slow control scheme and you can get the proper wind speed only with pressing 1, 2 step.
RFM type cold-warm wind curtain machine sets cold-warm control scheme and you can get the proper wind speed only with pressing 1 or 2 step.
The outtake grid is volitant and it can change the wind direction when adjusting its angle.
The environmental request of this machine: A. no causticity gas; B. the temperature range is among -10 ¡æ £ -40 ¡æ ; C. the comparative temperature is not larger 90 £¥ ( 25 ¡æ £© .

¢ô . Installation Request
This machine should be installed on the doorcase.
The width of door opening must be shorter or equal the length of wind shade (if the door opening is over wide, you can use several wind curtain machines with connecting installation).
The installation soleplate must be connected with wall tightly (or column) to avoid the shake caused by loose.

¢õ . Installation Method:
Installation Method of Soleplate
(for instance: install on the concrete wall) according to the position on installation soleplate, arrange the comparative position of 8 bolts M10 ¡Á 60 and bury the bolt into concrete.
1. Waiting the absolute dry of sandy soil, fix the gasket nuts for installation soleplate on bolt. (see picture 1)
2. The pothook of body must be cut in mounting hole like broken line indicating in the picture. (see picture 2)

¢ö . Use and Maintenance
The key switch of this machine: one is used for make and break power; the other two is used for control rotate speed with high gear and low gear.
A. When used for keeping inside temperature, please choose low gear.
B. When used for dustproof, moth proof and anti-gas, please choose the high gear.
Maintenance Method:
A. Please cut power before check and clean this machine.
B. Please choose soft textiles with proper cleanser to clean air intake shutter plate, lamina of wind shade and shell.
C. when cleaning lamina pleases scrub away softly avoiding distortion and quiver.
Adjust of wind direction regulating plate:
A. When used for heating, turn air deflector and make tuyere towards outside.
B. When used for cold, turn air deflector and make tuyere towards inside.
C. When used for dustproof, moth proof and anti-gas, turn air deflector and make tuyere towards outside. |
