Manipulation and operating principle:

Evaporating condenser is main heat exchange equipment for refrigeration system, which adopts water latent heat of vaporization to take latent heat of condensation when refrigerant liquefies. The special strong wind power of matchable induced-draft fan makes spraying water laminate on boil surface equably; it enhances heat exchange effect obviously. Temperature of spraying water and air will rise after absorbing heat; part water will become air from liquid and take away huge heat. Water in PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by air and it will flow into gully after temperature fall; and then, the water will be pushed into spraying system by circulating water pump for continuous circulating. The wasting water will be compensated by water level adjuster.

Condenser coil

Condenser coil is key part of this equipment; in order to enhance heat transfer power, condenser coil adopts high quality ellipse high efficiency alete heat conduction coil. The whole experiences high temperature and excellent hot zinc dipping that enhances service life. Design pressure is 2MPa; coil experiences 2.5MPa air pressure test in water that guarantees no leakage. Coil inclines definite angle along refrigerant that is easy for liquid to flow.

PVC heat exchange layer

Heat exchange layer is combined by anticorrosion PVC material that is installed in machine unit, which is convenient for dismantle and maintenance. This PVC material has lots of good characteristics such as anti high temperature, good inflaming retarding, low windage coefficient, anti aging and hold size etc.

High efficient evaporator

It adopts high efficient PVC material that has special multi curve surface configuration, which can collect moisture in wet air and guarantees volatilization of water below 0.001%.

Water distribution system

Water distribution system is anther key component in evaporating type condenser. Coil unit must be included in water completely for getting largest heat conduction coefficient and reducing furring. The company takes 4.12L /S/m2 circulating water quantity as design standard and has reached the standard. It adopts super large shopping basket type spraying nozzle that simplifies water distribution system.

Direct drive type axial-flow blower

It adopts special aluminum alloy impeller axial-flow blower and pitch fan blade configuration that has low windage, large wind force, high efficiency and low noise; moreover, it adopts direct drive type that reduces transmission component. The motor adopts whole closed self-cooling special motor.

Circulating water pump

Circulating water pump adopts low power, large flow and low height evaporating special water pump, which has no leakage and has long service life. Moreover, it chooses dustproof and anti spattering water motor that has many good characteristics such as low power, large flow and low noise etc.

Frequency conversion scale removal instrument

It adopts F type frequency conversion instrument that is the latest scale removal technology at present, which has many good characteristics such as automatic control, simple installation, strong scale removal effect and no maintenance etc.
