D series air cooler (also called as air cooling machine) is one kind of cooling equipment that is suitable for kinds of refrigerators (such as civil engineering refrigerator or combined refrigerator). D series air cooler contains three types such as DL, DD and DJ, which is suitable for different refrigerators. This product has lots of good characteristics such as tight configuration, light weight, little covering area, even refrigerator temperature and high efficiency, which can cool food in refrigerator quickly and enhance freshness of food greatly.

Air cooler application

D series air cooler can be matchable with compressing condensing machine unit with different refrigerating capacity, which can also be suitable for refrigerator as refrigerating equipment; DL type is suitable for 0℃ refrigerator to keep fresh eggs or vegetables; DD type is suitable for about -18℃ refrigerator to keep meat or food; DJ type is suitable for about -25℃ or lower than -25℃ refrigerator to keep fresh meat, fresh fish product or deepfreeze seasoning product and so forth.

Air cooler characteristics

1. The cover adopts spraying plastic technology or cotton ginning aluminum plate with strong corrosion proof capacity and beautiful appearance.

2. Coil is arranged by novel way that can reduces wind resistance; after covering piece, it should make aluminum wing cover on copper tube tightly through machinery expanding tube to reduce connecting heat resistance and enhance heat conduction efficiency.  

3. After experiencing pressure test, the product will be cleaned by trichloroethylene for cleaning oil stain, moisture and oxide skin and so forth. It won’t become malfunction such as expanding valve jam for oil stain in tube when users fill refrigerant.

4. It adopts special fan motor that guarantees normal operation in damp and low temperature condition.

5. It adopts U tube heating element that has good insulation; the heating element plugs into coil with short defrosting time and good effect.

6. It adopts slot shape that is convenient for installation.
